Church services
Every sunday there is a church service. At 13 o’clock we start with a meal and this is a wonderful place to connect and get to know each other better. At 14.00 we start with the worship service.

In the service there are elements of our different cultures. We sing and pray in several languages. We listen to a bible study and talk in small groups.
During the service there is translation into English, Arabic, Chinese, Farsi, Tegrinja and Karen. Sometimes other languages are added. Just let us know what your translation needs are!
Bible study
We think it is important and nice to get together not only on Sunday, but also during the week. In the different community groups, we built on our relationships and friendships and we learn about the bible. Together we search for the will of God. We learn, talk, laugh, pray together.
These groups meet regularly:
- Biblestudygroup for man on Monday evening
- Chinese community group on Friday morning
- Arabic/Farsi group on Friday night
- English bible group on Thursday night
- Eritrean boena group on Thursday midday
- Baptism class on Sunday midday
- Kidsclub “Het schaapje” (small sheep) on Sunday, for the age 0 – 4 years
- Kidsclub on Sunday, for the age 4 – 12 years
- Teen club on Saturday night, for the age 12-18 years
- Young adultgroup – every 5th Sunday of the month (5 times a year), for the age 18-30 years
Vacation
One of the highlights of the ICU is the summer vacation. Each summer we go on vacation for a few days, with our whole community. This is really nice! We do activities, have fun and get to know God and each other better.
If you are between 12 and 18 years old you are lucky: The teenager group has two extra camps: on in the winter and one during the summer holidays.
There is also a extra kids camp for kids between 8 and 12 during summer
